We had Kennady's 2 year check up. Kennady is 33 1/2 inches tall and 24 lbs. That's the 50th percentile for her height and the 25th percentile for her weight. She's a string bean. They were asking the developmental questions "Can she climb up stairs?" Um, how about a bookcase? "Does she use 2 word sentences?" Kennady asks the nurse "What are you doing?" She was really good at the doctor (normally she is terrified) and kept asking what everything was. She got the flu mist and didn't even flinch. Then she got 4 special Tinkerbell stickers and sucker, because it was her birthday. Right now she is singing the theme song for Phineas and Ferb. Huh, I didn't know she knew that.
On her birthday we were bad parents and didn't do anything exciting for her. Last night we took her out for ice cream. We went to a place where they have 50 different toppings to choose from and you can have as many as you want. She got chocolate ice-cream with chocolate chips, sour gummy worms, nerds, Reese's pieces and cookie dough. Then she wanted to eat Dad's. So he got stuck with her creation.

Wow, 2 already? Happy Birthday to Kennady. Time flies, doesn't it. My kids always like to get the gum drops on their ice cream at Cold Stone but then they hurt their teeth trying to chew it! Fun times.
